**IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PELLET ORDERS**

Regarding pellet availability: Due to supply chain issues with the pellet manufacturers, current availability is extremely limited and selection varies by the day. Please call to inquire about up-to-the-minute pellet availability, as pellets are selling out fast.

Regarding pellet deliveries: We are working diligently to get all paid pellet orders processed and delivered, but due to circumstances out of our control, we have experienced a backup in our pellet delivery schedule. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we are making adjustments to get back on track (please read our full update here).

• If you have already placed and paid for your order and are waiting for a delivery, we will call you 2 days ahead of time to confirm your delivery date and placement instructions. We are booking deliveries chronologically based on the original order date. We thank you for your patience.
• If you wish to place an order, we are currently scheduling new pellet deliveries into November. We will add you to a waiting list with your desired pellets but will not collect payment. As soon as we get caught up with current orders, we will call you to schedule a delivery and collect payment.
